Job Summary

Rotti’s Power Equipment is seeking a skilled and dependable Small Engine Mechanic to join our growing team in Worcester, MA. This role is ideal for an experienced mechanic who enjoys hands-on work, diagnosing mechanical issues, and delivering quality repairs on a variety of small engines and power equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair small engines and power equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance and seasonal service on equipment
  • Repair or replace engine components as needed
  • Test equipment to ensure proper operation and safety standards
  • Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
  • Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Equipment may include lawn mowers, snow blowers, chainsaws, trimmers, and similar small engine machinery.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience as a Small Engine Mechanic or similar mechanical role
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple repairs
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Solid communication and customer service skills
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
